A skilled intellectual property development analyst and attorney-at Law connected to economic development in Sri Lanka, having mastered in international trade law, Ms. Aparrajitha Ariyadasa is Sri Lanka America Chamber of Commerce’ valued Sri Lanka-based partner.

Having gained a Masters-in-Law degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in intellectual property law and international trade law, the Chamber finds her expertise most valuable to its international operation as she has gained a deep and practical knowledge in the areas of international trade laws and the Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP) connected to European Union-Sri Lanka export trade that have impact on Sri Lanka.

Ms. Ariyadasa had her initial legal studies at the Law College in Colombo in which her studies – among others – was commercial law and law of contract.

Currently, she is reading for her PhD in law, defense studies and political science in the Malaysian University of Science and Technology.
